Shocking accident occurred. A housewife died from burns sustained in the kitchen. Her husband was also hospitalized, injury from fire while trying to save his wife.
Chronology of events:
Lit gas stove while cooking. The wife saw a cockroach was in dishwater near the stove. Instinctively wife take insect killer spray and sprayed. Suddenly there was a blast!
